Where do you find your creative inspiration?
It is the client that inspires us the most, and a desire to continually create beautiful pieces to the highest standard. Fabric, texture, techniques and the female form are continual points of inspiration too.
What makes your brand unique and stand out compared to others in the wedding industry?
We offer a complete, Couture service, creating unique, bespoke womenswear composed by the most skilled hand using unparalleled quality. Our process is very much a collaboration between designer and client; no two pieces are the same anywhere in the world; all made in-house in our London atelier. The personal service we provide sets up apart from others as well.
What trends do you predict for 2015?
We have seen a great return to the appreciation of British craftsmanship – particularly embroidery and embellishment that is carefully placed and considerately designed with the client in mind.
However, what is and always has been most important to our brides is to be able to create a gown that embodies their own personal style and taste completely. Our couture service makes this possible, as does Quintessentially Weddings Atelier.
If you could give your bride any piece of advice what would it be?
To be led by your heart in every decision that you make.
